These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of any products from 3de (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms form an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and do not require any physical or digital signature.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
You must be a resident of India with a delivery address inside India.
If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (password, OTP, Google account) confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information, and to update it if it changes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or misuse the site.

3. Products and on-demand requests

We sell two kinds of items:

Ready-to-ship products — items already produced and available in inventory.
On-demand / custom 3D-printed products — items produced specifically for you based on your request, including any size, colour, material, or design notes you provide.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions, and surface texture are inherent to 3D printing and are not considered defects. We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or product descriptions at any time, including after an order is placed.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
Applicable GST and any other statutory taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law.
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown before order confirmation.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.
We may cancel and refund an order if a pricing error is discovered before dispatch.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of the order — typically by an order-confirmation email or WhatsApp message after payment is received and stock / production capacity is verified. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including but not limited to:

Stock or production-capacity issues.
Pricing or description errors.
Suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
Delivery address outside India, or to a pincode we do not service.
Requests that infringe third-party intellectual property or are otherwise unlawful (see Section 8).

6. Shipping & delivery (India only)

We ship only within India. Orders with delivery addresses outside India will not be fulfilled and will be refunded (less any payment-gateway fees, where applicable).

Dispatch time: ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within [2–4 business days]. On-demand items take additional time for production — we will share an estimated production window when we accept the request.
Delivery time: typically [3–10 business days] from dispatch, depending on your pincode and the courier partner.
Courier partners: orders are shipped through reputable Indian courier services. Tracking information is shared once dispatched.
Address accuracy: you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Re-attempts for incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
Delays: delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, or force majeure events are outside our control.
Risk of loss: risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations

Ready-to-ship items: may be cancelled at no charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return policy below applies.
On-demand / custom items: cannot be cancelled once production has started, because the product is made specifically for you. If you cancel before production starts, we will refund the amount paid in full.

Returns

You may request a return within [7 days] of delivery if the product is damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Please share photos or a short video within 48 hours of delivery to help us assess the claim.
On-demand / custom items are non-returnable except where they are defective or materially differ from the agreed specifications. Variations in colour, finish, layer lines, or minor dimensional tolerances inherent to 3D printing are not defects.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the order details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [7–10 business days] after we receive the returned item or approve the claim.
Payment-gateway charges, if any, may be deducted in case of buyer-initiated cancellations.

8. Intellectual property & your designs

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product designs created by us, and the underlying software — is owned by or licensed to 3de and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

If you upload or submit a design, sketch, reference image, or specification (a “Design”) for an on-demand request:

You confirm that you own the Design or have all necessary rights to have it produced.
You confirm that producing the Design will not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, design right, patent, or other intellectual-property right.
You grant us a limited, royalty-free licence to use the Design solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order, and for our internal record-keeping.
We may refuse, at our discretion, any request that we believe is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site to:

Order or request the production of items that infringe third-party rights, are illegal in India, or violate any law or regulation.
Order weapons, ammunition, functional firearm parts, currency, government identification, or any item restricted under Indian law.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or upload malicious code.
Use the site for scraping, automated abuse, or to harass other users or our team.

10. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services including the WhatsApp Cloud API, Google sign-in, analytics tools, payment gateways, and logistics partners. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, in addition to ours.

11. Disclaimers

The site and the products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.

3D-printed items are intended for decorative, hobby, prototyping, or general consumer use unless explicitly described as suitable for a specific application. They are not certified for medical, structural, food-contact, automotive, or safety-critical use unless we expressly state so in writing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order or the use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by contract.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 3de and its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or any claim that a Design you submitted infringes a third party’s rights.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to your statutory consumer-protection rights, the courts at [insert city, state] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15. Consumer grievances

Consumer complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 may be raised with our grievance contact below. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt, as required by those rules. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline or the appropriate consumer forum if you are not satisfied.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, courier failures, or disruptions to power, internet, or supply chains.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the site after the changes take effect is your acceptance of the revised Terms.
